2016/10/21診所來了一位新病人，101年11月出生，上幼稚園之後就反覆感冒，夜咳不止，馬偕醫院兒科醫師開勝克敏與欣流，說能「保養」身體……

而10/15也是有一位雲林來的媽媽，小孩子(2歲10個月)也在吃欣流「保養」，這個小孩脾氣很不好………

欣流是否具有保養作用還有待存疑，而欣流對兒童的傷害卻是相當明確。它的副作用已經不是一般所謂的「副作用」了，欣流的副作用在美國FDA是被列入「黑框警語」(Black boxed warning)的，所謂黑框警語是指「並非單純的引起不舒服的，是有危險甚或是危及生命」的副作用的，當父母被告知是「保養藥」之後，就會身陷危險而毫無無警覺，這樣的作法也是違反醫療法「應告知的義務」。

氣喘用的氣管擴張劑(吸必擴也是)與欣流都是黑框警語藥。但都被說成保養藥，絕口不提其危險性，這些媽媽身陷危險而不自知
